incredibly bad delivery and service

first the canopy arrives seperatley, then the inflating swimthing arrives later, so late that we are already on vacation and couldnt use it. Now they tell me, its 14 days ago, i cannot return the product. very bold from a company that takes almost 10 days to ship a product to a customer. avoid at any cost!
