Mambobaby Float Ultra - Butterfly Lilac

Terrible design. The snap for the shade detached from the float while teying to attach it for the first time. Customer service has been extremely difficult to work with. I sent pictures of the torn up float and states i would send it back so that I could get a refund.
They wanted to send a replacement, i finally agreed but that was back on July 4th and i have not heard from them since nor received a new replacement float.
I personally feel that $109 dollars is alot of money for a float so the company should stand by their product.
I will not recommend this product!

I never got to use this product - it was ordered by mistake and I submitted a cancellation request before it shipped, which was completely ignored. The package was shipped anyway.

The customer service experience was painful: ignored emails, repeated follow-ups required for every single step. The item was returned unopened and delivered back to them on June 2, and I am still waiting for the refund that was promised within 7 business days.

Would not recommend.

We ordered this for a family member and they absolutely love it! It's the second family member to purchase a Mambobaby. Safe, secure, and a must have for any baby!

I love the fact that this float is not inflatable and dont have to worry of it popping and running out of air. My daughters head is safely rested on the float and dont have to worry of her swallowing any water. My 11 month old loves it and she is able to enjoy herself in the water while being safely buckled in. Love this product! Highly recommend

These are the best! No uncomfortable straps to wedge, it has a full bottom. My grandbaby loves this. You can lay on stomach and it helps teach them or they can lay on their backs! Best one out there in my opinion and I have 16 grands! We've used a few.
